So as it turns out you can't get out of the Burned Tower from the left side; some rubble is in the way. I'm going to have to spend like a week getting back...
Oh and I also can't get that item because I neglected to get Rock Smash way back when. Basically I have the worst life ever.

It poisons Diane before going down.
Fortunately I have plenty of Pecha berries, thanks to the berry pots. I use one on Diane.
