If you haven't noticed, yesterday's rent-a-cop is situated next to this building. It leads to the Pokeathelon and the National Park. The Pokeathelon is closed at this point in the game and the National Park, as far as I can remember, is useless. So, moving on!
I love trainers like this. One Pokemon, one move, tons of experience points and we're done.
